America's Cup Store will exchange or credit any unwanted items as long as we are notified of the return within 30 days of delivery of the item and the item is returned in sell-able condition including original packaging and tags. We Advise that returns can take up to 5 working days, particularly in busy periods, to process from the date the parcel is delivered to our warehouse. 

We ask that a customer returns the item at their own cost and we will cover the cost of sending out the new requested items. We advise a tracked service is used as America's Cup Store cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit once returned.

If a customer has requested to replace an item with one that is no longer in stock one of our customer service team will be in touch to see if there is anything else the customer would like instead.

Any refunds requested will be sent back to the customers original payment methods. Depending on payment method this can take between 3 - 7 days to show on your account.

UK Deliveries

Orders for delivery within the UK will be dispatched with Yodel and are fully tracked. 

Delivery times -

Free Global Shipping - (orders over €150.00) Tracked delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (UK) and 7-12 working days (ROW)

Standard Shipping @ €5.95 - Tracked delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Express UK Shipping @ €6.95 - Tracked delivery with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Please note whether items are delivered on weekends depends on location, please do not take Saturday and Sunday into account when looking at delivery timescales.

Orders received before 3PM on Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day, please allow 12 hours for tracking to go live.

Rest of the World Deliveries

Orders delivered outside of the UK will be dispatched with DHL International Global Mail or DHL express depending on country of delivery and the size of the parcel. Prices vary based on delivery nation and weight.

DHL International Deutsche Post - 

Average delivery time within EU - 4 - 7 days.

Average delivery time rest of Europe - 7 - 10 days.

Average delivery time rest of the world - 7 - 12 days.

DHL Express

Average delivery time within Europe - 1 - 3 days

Average delivery time rest of the world - 3 - 7 days

Duty and Customs Clearance

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any local duty charges levied by the delivery country.

America's Cup Official Store accepts all major credit cards and also has the option of using PayPal and Apple pay.

We do not store any payment details.

Customers can open an account with us and will be able to view all orders that have been placed or you can check out as a guest.

America's Cup Store will dispatch all orders received before 3pm GMT Monday - Friday on the same day. Any time frames quoted will be based on working days
