The Defenders and hosts of the 36th America’s Cup need little introduction. For more than three decades, New Zealand boats and crews have left a major mark on sailing’s most coveted silverware. Since 1995, the boat representing the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron has competed in all but one of the America’s Cup matches sailed.
For their 2021 campaign, Emirates Team New Zealand are back in home waters, aiming to repeat their 2000 feat of defending the Auld Mug. Joining them is Sail Racing: the high-tech outfitters are exclusive clothing suppliers to the team, helping the Kiwis train and compete in all conditions, while seeking any edge that can enhance performance.
